Doornbos gets Red Bull test Saturday 26 November at 20:55 : Previously speculated by DailyF1News.com, Dutchman Robert Doornbos is going to test for the Red Bull Formula 1 team this coming Wednesday. This week the former Minardi driver already visited the Red Bull factory to fit a seat for the test. The test is arranged by the Muermans Group, a sponsor of Doornbos. Doornbos had a contract for next year with Minardi. However Red Bull bought Minardi and had to pay money if they wanted to terminate the contract with Doornbos. Instead Harry Muermans of the Muermans Group arranged a test with Red Bull. A race seat at Red Bull for Doornbos is an option if the Dutchman impresses. It is almost certain that Doornbos will be part of the Red-Bull squad for next season. Peter Gloudemans DailyF1News.com

wow great news! Again Minardi bought good drivers into F1 last season... Albers at Midland now and Doornbos at Red Bull. Paul Stoddart, thumbs up!
