Tuesday 27 December at 21:36 : Suzuka Circuitland and Twin Ring Motegi have agreed to merge around June of 2006, naming the new company Mobilityland Co., Ltd..

The two Japanese circuits will benefit from the merger by combining their management resources while utilizing the characteristic of both companies to improve their overall performance.

With Motorsports at the core, the two Japanese circuits are aiming to become a company that will be widely recognized in the community and society that can offer ‘Happiness’, ‘enjoyment’ and a ‘touching experience’ created by the mobility culture in the society.

In preparing for this merger, Suzuka Circuitland Co., Ltd. will become a whole subsidiary of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. after approval at the extraordinary stockholders meeting.
