Thursday 28 August at 19:12 : Nick Heidfeld was the quickest man today at Monza. The BMW Sauber drive ended up the day in front of Nico Rosberg and Heikki Kovalainen.

The weather was again nice today, this was on the reasons that all teams were very productive in terms of the laps which were completed.

Tomorrow all teams will test for the third and final day at Monza.
